Freshly appointed AFC head of football Adam Kelly says his people skills will be the greatest asset he brings to the job.
Kelly has told the FIVEAA sports show:
“Naturally I’m a people-orientated person and relationships are really important to me. When I’ve been achieving in life it’s because of a strong sense of purpose and belonging. I think that’s when you’re most passionate about what you can do and that’s when you get the most out of yourself.
“In the organisations that I’ve worked in aligning people on purpose, demonstrating that culture of care form the organisation to the individual and having that returned and standing by your colleagues have been the foundation for my success to this point — those people skills.”
