Port Adelaide chairman David Koch says “there is no rivalry” between Adelaide’s two AFL teams as both clubs fight to survive the financial fallout of the coronavirus crisis.
Kochie told FIVEAA Breakfast’s David & Will on Tuesday:
“Rob [Chapman – Adelaide Crows chairman] and I have been talking regularly about this going forward and also from an executive level the two clubs have been working together.
“This is a time when everyone comes together. There is no rivalry because this is bigger than all of us. This is the future of the code and our place in it.
“It’s not just with the Crows it’s with every other AFL club. The comradery, the working together has been absolutely extraordinary. It’s been fabulous.”
