Scott Lycett’s manager Colin Young says Port Adelaide — as tipped months ago — has been in touch with the West Coast ruckman about a possible move back to SA.
“He’s obviously looking to play in a premiership,” Young told AFL Trade Radio.
“There are clubs that have been well documented, Port Adelaide have rung and a few other clubs.
“To their professionalism, they’ve said that as soon as he knows he wants to leave, then they’ll make a phone call and we’ll get in front of them.
“With Nic Nat going down and obviously being the number one ruckman at that stage, that’s when probably Scott was thinking about maybe leaving.
“We’re not too sure where Nic Nat is at the moment, but I’m sure he comes back.
“I’ve had a few calls from clubs and no doubt as the season is over we’ll touch base and talk to them.”
