Brodie Grundy’s ‘Cryptic’ Tweet Has Got Plenty Of People Talking

1 min read

Collingwood ruckman Brodie Grundy has sent the Twittershpere into a frenzy after posting a potentially cryptic tweet from his brother’s game in the SANFL with Port Adelaide on the weekend.

Grundy is one of the biggest trade targets in the comp at the moment, with the Adelaide Crows tipped to chase hard for the talented big man.

On Sunday Grundy posted a photo of himself with younger brother Riley at the Port Adelaide game, along with the caption: “Needs to wear black and white permanently.”

According to News Ltd, the tweet left followers “confused”:

Grundy was either cryptically giving his biggest indication yet of his intention to stay at Collingwood and shun a return home to South Australia to play for the Crows.

Or perhaps he was saying he’d like to see Riley in the same colours that he wears.

Or perhaps he was throwing his support behind the Power’s bid to wear the prison bars in the AFL next year as Port Adelaide celebrates its 150th anniversary.
