Adelaide Crows ruckman Sam Jacobs has reportedly met with his old club Carlton.
According to News Ltd:
While Jacobs is not considered a top priority at Carlton, he has been put through a medical by the Blues after a season where he underwent knee surgery while Reilly O’Brien emerged in Adelaide to take the No.1 ruck role.
At 31, Jacobs is understood to have only been offered an incentive-based, one-year deal to stay at the Crows.
Rival clubs, including Greater Western Sydney, are offering longer-term deals.
Jacobs was drafted to Carlton in the 2006 rookie draft, before moving to the Crows in 2011.
