State Labor MP Steve Georganas says the 19,980 Australians who were sent incorrect Centrelink “robodebts” are not the only victims.

“That’s almost five-and-a-half months ago, meaning the number may be even higher today,” Mr Georganas told Leon Byner on Wednesday. “It could be anything up to 40, 50, 60 thousand people.”

“This is proof that this automated debt recovery system again has been exposed as faulty.”
