Adelaide City Council looks like it will “get serious” about resolving two issues plaguing city users and residents on Tuesday night, reports FIVEaa Breakfast’s David Penberthy.

Penbo said during Monday’s Breaking @ 8 segment:

“One is the situation with parking at the Women’s and Children’s Hospital…

“Anne Moran has said that she is going to be looking at whether there can be some sort of permit system for parents of kids who are using the hospital so that they don’t get stuck there in those three hour zones.

“No one gets in and out of that hospital in three hours.

“And the second is what we regard as entrapment tactics where the council has been sending out its parking inspectors to ping parents and carers of kids who have been dropped off in city schools where there is absolutely no pick up or drop off zone…

“Notably Friday night, Houssam Abiad who is the deputy mayor of the City Council wrote on Twitter… this should not be happening.

“It sounds like the council has got the message that on both these fronts it’s been letting people down.”
