FIVEAA’s Stephen Rowe is tipping a fine for Port Adelaide after players wore the banned prison bars jumper for the team song after the club’s Showdown win over Adelaide on Saturday night.
Rowey told David & Will on Monday’s FIVEAA breakfast show:
“They’ll get a fine no question about that. [Chairman David Koch] had to sign that off didn’t he, and I’m telling you that was a straight middle finger up yours to the AFL.
“Well, I wonder who’s going to win that one.”
David Koch will be on FIVEAA Breakfast before 9am.
Speaking on Sunday about the prison bars moment, a furious Eddie McGuire told Fox Footy Kochie was “sticking his nose into the AFL territory – it’s a big nose. I hope he doesn’t get it broken”.
