Police were reportedly doorknocking houses in Glenelg on Thursday afternoon, warning residents the Patawalonga could be about to flood.
This follows multiple flood warnings issued by the SES for areas north of Adelaide.

An SA Police spokesman has told The Advertiser that the SES suggested residents along Adelphi Terrace be warned of the risk associated with high tides and increased water levels in the Patawolonga Creek.
