SA Police Commissioner Grant Stevens says there is a “very low likelihood” of people being fined if they do the right thing as police launch an undercover operation to monitor the use of QR codes.

Commissioner Stevens rang into FIVEAA Breakfast on Thursday and told David & Will:
“I want to remind people we’re out there to work with them. We’re going to support people. We’ll remind them of their obligation…
“If people want to take us up and give us a hard time and be obstructive and obnoxious they’re probably increasing their chances of being dealt with more harshly, but if people accept the advice, do the right thing… there’s a very low likelihood they’re going to get an expiation notice.”
