David & Will spoke to former Olympian & commentator David Culbert about the IOC’s decision not to issue a blanket ban on all Russian athletes at the Rio games.
“To cast a dispersion over all Russian athletes as cheats I think is the wrong thing,” Culbert said.
“But I think today for current athletes and former athletes, they often wonder why the bosses of sports federations don’t stand up for the clean athletes rather than stand up for the cheats.”
