It was vintage Julie Bishop during a speech by Joe Hockey in Parliament on Monday.
In just 13 seconds during a Joe Hockey speech Ms Bishop managed to puff her cheeks, roll her head back, shake her head and then mutter something before shaking her head again and topping it all of with some raised eyebrows.

Joe Hockey was recognising former PM Malcolm Fraser for setting up the expenditure review committee – “much to the chagrin of my colleagues,” he added.
There are reports Ms Bishop is furious at plans by Mr Hockey to announce further cuts to the foreign aid budget in a bid to balance the books.
