Premier Steven Marshall is urging South Australians not to become complacent about coronavirus.
On Sunday SA recorded only two new COVID-19 cases. Mr Marshall told FIVEAA Breakfast’s David & Will on Monday:“Right from day one I’ve moved away from the politics, taken the advice of the health professionals and put those restrictions in place and they’ve put us in really good stead at the moment. “I don’t think many people three weeks ago were predicting that Australia and South Australia would be in the position that we are in today and that’s only happened because people have observed those restrictions and for that I am very grateful… “But I cannot emphasise enough that we cannot become complacent because 65,000 people have died [worldwide] in the last few weeks and that number is increasing every single day. It’s heartbreaking…”
