According to 7 News:
Under the bill, small bars and local clubs with pre-existing licences would be allowed to sell take-away alcohol for the first time…
Attorney-General Vickie Chapman announced the temporary move on Wednesday in a bid to support businesses decimated by sweeping new social distancing regulations.
Purchases will be limited to two bottles of wine, or one bottle of wine and a six-pack of beer, cider or pre-mixed spirits.
Under the legislation, community clubs will also be able to sell take-away liquor to club members.
