Prime Minister Scott Morrison has overturned a rule requiring hair appointments be limited to 30 minutes.
According to The Advertiser:
The restriction was announced on Tuesday as part of a range of measures to limit the spread of COVID-19.
But Mr Morrison today released a statement saying the National Cabinet had agreed to lift the 30 minute time limit “effective immediately”.
He said the four square metre rule per person must be strictly followed by hairdressers and barbers, and personal contact during appointments must be minimised.
THIS JUST IN: The PM has backflipped on the 30 minute rule for hair appointments – but the 4sq m rule remains in place.https://t.co/Gl0aoerOeO #coronavirusaus
