The Bureau of Meteorology is warning the temperature in some Adelaide suburbs could get as high as 47 on Friday.
Forecaster Matt Bass told FIVEAA’s Leith Forrest the Thursday night low in the city would be 32.
“Tomorrow for Adelaide we did have 45 on the forecast but we are increasing that to 46 for tomorrow,” Matt said.
“It’s likely that potentially in the northern suburbs 47 degrees is on the cards up there… ridiculous temperatures really across the metro area tomorrow.
“We’ll be issuing that later this afternoon… it’s looking like a real scorcher tomorrow.”
