Watch The Moment A 200m Chimney Stack At Pt Augusta Was Demolished This Morning

A 200-metre high chimney stack at the former Northern Power Station in Port Augusta has been knocked down using explosives.

The stack was 68 metres higher than Westpac House -- Adelaide’s tallest building -- and its demolition was part of the ongoing effort to clear the site and make it safe and stable for future industrial use.
