About 300 pedestrians are hit by vehicles on SA roads each year, according to a new report from the RAA.
26 per cent of the crashes are either serious or fatal, and the pedestrians themselves are to blame more than half the time, according to the report.
The RAA has given The Advertiser crash stats for 2012-16 that reveal the highest number of pedestrian accidents occur on North Tce (29), followed by King William St (18) and Morphett St (17).
