Food provider Spotless has lost contracts at Flinders Medical Centre and Modbury Hospital following a furore over the food it is serving up at the new RAH.
According to The Advertiser, both hospitals have switched to ISS.
“Any new contract is generally awarded through an open market process where quality and price are key considerations,” a spokeswoman told the paper.
“We are working with both suppliers to develop and implement appropriate transition plans.”
Spotless is contracted to the RAH until 2046.
