A number of patients and staff at the Flinders Medical Centre have come down with gastro, according to a report.
The nursing union’s Elizabeth Debars has told the ABC the virus has “spread to four wards”.
“We are told it is improving. No new outbreaks and [it] is being managed well,” Ms Debars said.
SA Health has confirmed seven gastro cases at the hospital, but the total number could be higher with a number of nurses also believed to have caught the virus.
