UPDATE, 4:04pm — A man, 40, has been arrested after explosives were found in Adelaide. Police say the situation is contained and the incident is not thought to be terror related.

Police say they searched a Grenfell St property, which is related to an ongoing investigation, just after 12.30pm on Wednesday.
During the search officers uncovered what they believe to be commercial explosives and the Bomb Response Unit was called in to examine the potential threat.
Grenfell St is still open to all vehicle traffic, but a garden courtyard on Gawler Place has been cordoned off with emergency services on standby.
