Former A Current Affair reporter Ben McCormack had a cup of water mixed with spit thrown over him following a court appearance on Wednesday.
McCormack, 43, was convicted on child porn charges and given a $1,000 good behaviour bond for three years.

“That happened to me when I was a f***ing kid,” the man who threw the liquid shouted after the incident.
He briefly spoke to reporters, then fled when he was informed he had just committed a crime.
