SA paramedics have had to stop attending certain cases as ramping at hospitals increases.
“Just when we think it cannot get any worse, it does,” the Ambulance Employees’ Association said in a statement released on Tuesday.
“Yesterday all Metropolitan public hospitals were on code white — meaning they were all over capacity. Every hospital was ramping for prolonged period…
“Everyone is at breaking point. It’s a dog’s breakfast.”
