Adelaide radio personality Jodie Oddy has had her license disqualified for 12 months and has been fined $1500 for driving with a blood alcohol level five times the legal limit before crashing into a tree at Middleton last December.

A Victor Harbor court heard on Monday that her 4WD turned into the path of an oncoming vehicle — which braked suddenly — before the crash.
