A Man Has Been Arrested After He Threw A Molotov Cocktail Into An Adelaide Pub

SAPOL is reporting an “unusual incident” after a man threw a Molotov cocktail into a pub in Adelaide’s southern suburbs.

According to Senior Constable Mick Abbott:

“Unusual incident that happened about 11.30pm last night,” he told FIVEaa breakfast on Thursday. “A man entered a southern suburbs hotel and threw a Molotov cocktail over the bar towards staff.”

“Luckily the device didn’t actually ignite and no one was injured. A 40-year-old man from Reynella was charged with acts to endanger life. Detectives arrested him last night and he’ll appear in court today. Certainly an unusual incident.”
