Metricon are changing the way people view home designs.
With the help of Scann3d, Metricon has travelled the country using infrared and photogrammetry scanners to capture the physical properties of more than 60 display homes.
The new technology offers three new ways to view designs:
• Live floor plan – bird’s eye view from above. Great way to see how spaces flow.
• Dollhouse – users can rotate around the property, providing a never before seen sense of spatial awareness on an online platform.
• First person view – allows users to inspect property online as if they were physically there.
