2. Fatigue and Tiredness
The first sign of dehydration is tiredness. tissues and cells are not getting enough water to make a person feel like doing anything; enzymatic activity slows down and without water the enzymes are unable to produce energy either
3. Constipation and digestive problems
You need liquid to help the elimination process, to eliminate the foods you digest, otherwise it will lead to weight-gain, toxin build up and just feeling awful. Constipation is often the beginning to serious health issues such as irritable bowel syndrome, gas bloating, stomach pain, nausea and loss of appetite.
4. Weight gain
The body needs at least 2 to 3 litres of water a day, and drinking more than that will keep you from feeling hungry. Often when people are dehydrated, they think they’re hungry and go for food when really their body just needs water.
Your metabolism also requires water to work fast, so the less water you drink, the slower your metabolism will be.
5. You age faster
Water is essential for hydrating your skin and therefore filling in the lines and wrinkles and brightening your skin tone.

Dehydration can lead people feeling weak and helpless, confused angry and depressive – drink up and watch your skin brighten!

Stay hydrated by drinking a MINIMUM eight glasses (two litres) of water a day!
