Having represented Vic Metro in the NAB AFL U18 championships, Sheridan was always going to be a hot prospect in the 2011 draft. He has elite endurance and is hoping to follow in the footsteps of Stephen Hill and become a midfield player for the Fremantle Dockers. Selected with the Dockers first pick (number 16 overall) he possesses elite endurance and has the ability to bring teammates into the game.
