Clove of garlic small amount of parsley oil in pan and simmer for a few mins, add two red and ripe tomatoes diced let cook for a few mins ,add fresh calamari and white wine and cook until tender. Add tomato paste one tablespoon salt and pepper, cook for twenty mins add a little water then add seafood, fresh prawns and other seafood you wish. Cook pasta and add with a little bit of the sauce then add rest on top of pasta add Parmesan cheese and bon appetite! |
