With Mark Williams stepping down as coach who should Port Adelaide appoint to the top job in 2011?

Should it be someone from outside the club or should it be one of the current assistant coaches?

Laidley is the obvious choice but maybe he wants the West Coast job

Laidley was clever not to take over for the remainder of the season. Port's performance would see the end of his coaching career. I suspect he'll either put his hand up at the end of the season or move on completely.

Port MUST look outside the inner sanctum for success. They're too insular as a club.
