Gavin gets the lowdown

Keith and John invited a bunch of brekky bloke listeners to a cooking class with Masterchef's Callum Hann and his nutritionist mate Themis Chryssides. They run a range of classes at a beautifully equipped kitchen studio above Adelaide's famous Central Market.

They cooked a Thai beef salad, chicken and pesto with tomato salad and fresh fruit tartlets with a creme patisserie. Yum. This gallery covers the latter two.
