The inaugural Red Line Classic three-day cycling event was held in September 2011.  The team included Crows players Jason Porplyzia, Richard Douglas and Chris Schmidt.

Cycling legend Charlie Walsh played mentor.  

Keith Conlon, Chairman of the Crows Foundation (for which the event raised several thousand dollars) rode home with the peleton.
