Succesive Govts and more importantly the Rann Govt has for the last 8 years and 4 years of crippling drought sat on his hands and done zip to ensure that when Mother Nature gives us the precious resource water, he and his incompetent Govt Boards watch a years water supply flow out to sea and not one new infrastructure project to hold the water gone in. But now we have the most expensive water in the world coming through the de sal plant, your a disgrace Mike Rann, you only care about your arty farty projects !!!!!!!
