The Essential Services Commission of SA has said that the doubling of water prices in recent years outstripped the need required to fund the desal plant and other major infrastructure projects.

Keith Conlon and John Kenneally spoke with Water Minister Paul Caica about whether State Government 'Guessing' was costing South Australians more.
