Police have arrested two teenage girls over a clandestine drug lab.

Just before 5.30pm yesterday, two men and a woman broke into a house at Wingfield and assaulted one of the girls .. a 17 year old from Broken Hill.

Senior constable Tim Dodds says police are looking for the three offenders.

"Police were called, however the offenders had left. We're now searching for a late model silver Commodore containing two men that was seen leaving the house at the time of the assault."

While officers were at the Wingfield address, they found the remnants of a drug lab and have now charged the 17 year old and another girl aged 18.
