Weather Shuts Down Heathrow

Thousands of passengers have been left stranded in London as bad weather closes in.

It's after heavy snow and forecasts of freezing fog forced Heathrow Airport to cancel 50% of its scheduled flights.

Six centimetres of snow has blanketed Heathrow, but forecasters are predicting a partial thaw is on the way.
