In true Tiger style, he almost hit a hole-in-one tonight as his press conference in Florida.
How much of it was pre-planned and 'staged' and how much was genuine is another thing.
After many questions as to just how many affairs the biggest sports star in the world has had and speculation as to whether or not he will
return to Golf in the near future, Tiger made a public announcement openly discussing the situation, his feelings & his future.
He looked and certainly acted sincerely but perhaps could've elaborated further.
Woods couldn't seem to apologise enough to his Wife, Family and Fans.
Standing up for his wife, Elin Nordegren, he said "One issues I really want to discuss, people said Elen hurt or abused me. There has never been an episode of domestic violence in or marriage. Ever. Elen deserves praise not blame. I was unfaithful. I cheated. What I did was unacceptable"
He also asked his fans to forgive him and in a sense, begging them, to "believe in me again" one day. "I have let you down personally and professionally," he said.
"I brought this shame on myself. I hurt my wife, my kids, my mother, my wife's family, my friends, my foundation and kids all around the world who admired me."
He didn't however mention when he will return to the golfing circuit simply saying ""I do plan to return to golf one day, I am not sure when that day will be," adding that it is possible he could return to the Tour this year.
