Sauce:
½ cup Fountain Spicy Red Sauce
½ cup water
pinch of chilli powder
2 tablespoons of vinegar
2 teaspoons worceisture sauce
¼ cup brown sugar
Combine contents of sauce mixture in saucepan and boil until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat and set aside.
Meatballs:
500g mince
¼ teaspoon finely chopped ginger (optional)
1 onion grated
1 clove garlic crushed
2/3 cup breadcrumbs
1 teaspoon curry powder
1 egg
oil
Mix meat, onion, ginger, garlic, breadcrumbs and curry. Beat eggs lightly and mix till thoroughly combined. Form into balls.
Heat fry pan and add oil then add meatballs and fry gently until browned.
Put sauce and meatballs in a crock pot and cook on low for 4 hours. Ensure meatballs are cooked thoroughly.
