The opposition says South Australians should brace for more bad news in this Thursday's state budget.
Welfare groups and unions have issued a list of demands, including more help for people struggling with rising utility bills.
The government has already agreed to scrap cuts to public sector workers entitlements.
Liberal leader Isobel Redmond says it's going to be another tough budget.
"Especially in light of the fact that Jack Snelling has capitulated to the demands of the public sector in terms of the loss of benefits. That cost has to be borne somewhere and I have no doubt Jack is not going to give up the triple A credit rating... which means that probably we will all be paying higher taxes, charges, fees and fines."
