We could be forced to pay more for concert tickets if a State Government plan to subsidise special public transport services goes ahead.
It's believed charges of up to $50,000 could be applied to promoters of events which require public transport support.
The opposition's Rob Lucas says it's just another blatant cash grab by the government.
"it's just another sneaky way of getting people to pay more and this particular one is being done through increases in prices, whether it be for the football or whether it be to a concert. We also raised the question, if you're going to use that principle, why not the Royal Adelaide Show? They've said yes, that is one of the areas they'll look at."
