SA Police Sniff Out Nearly 70 Kilos Of Marijuana

Police have charged a 55 year old man from New South Wales with drugs offences.

He was driving along North East Rd at Modbury last night when police stopped him, they breath tested him and during that time, noticed a strong smell of marijuana.

They searched his car and found over 17 kilos of dried cannabis in the boot.

A susbsequent search of his home at Holden Hill found another 50 kilos of dried cannabis and some money.

He's due to appear in the Holden Hill Magistrates Court later today.
