Labor MP Steph Key is a step closer to introducing a bill on decriminalising prostitution in SA.

A draft of her Private Members Bill has been drawn up with the MP to introduce the finalised version to parliament next month.

Ms Key says the changes would better protect sex workers, and ban brothels from operating within 200 metres of schools and childcare centres.
