This is a private matter but the Premier has responded in the public record. He could have acknowledged a relationship but declined to discuss publicly - but he didn't. If it turns out that Ms. Chantellois allegations are true then he has lied to the SA public. If he can lie over this to protect himself then what other lies is he capable of? This is the argument that was used against Bill Clinton also.

I hope he does not rely on a spin doctor to tell us what he should say. Now it has gone public, he should stand up and be a true blue aussie and talk about it openly. Be honest and take it like a man. He has in fact and sex with her and said he is not, then he should move over and let someone else take office. If she lied under a stat dec then it is a court decision to settle the argument.

I am sorry to hear about this but i think we put rann in office cause he cares for australians and his beliefs not what he does in his private life, they are two consenting adults and he is not the first to have a affair and wont be the last. I also think that she is just doing it for money otherwise why would she go to a current affair and the magazines dont you think the show would have done enough and also she states what happened as tho she has gone over it in her head over a long period of time to drum it through so she didnt mess up
