The doctor charged over Michael Jackson's death has told a Los Angeles judge, he won't be testifying in his own defence.
Dr Conrad Murray is accused of giving the popstar a lethal dose of the powerful anaesthetic propofol and faces up to 4 years jail if found guilty.
Meantime, two of Jackson's brothers say they tried to intervene to prevent the singer's drug abuse but couldn't get close because of his security team.
