Sunday Roast host Leith Forrest injured his finger at his son's first Birthday Party by slamming it in a door. Leith bravely decided that he could still carry out his shift on the Sunday Roast with Wayne Phillips despite the unbearable pain from the disfigured digit.

Check out the injured finger pictured on the right and let Leith know how brave you think he is... or how soft he is...

It looks painful. I think a visit to the doctor is needed to release the pressure. But it is going to hurt.

Lucky you're not a urologist - your prostate checking days would be over!

This little piggy went to market,
This little piggy stayed at home,
This little piggy had roast beef,
This little piggy had none,
And this little piggy went...
Wee wee wee all the way home.

OMG thats a 10mil work cover case

Is the digit insured? What about psycological damage?

Did he talk to the OCHS officer about light duties?

Pfffffft try having a press safety guard hit it TDC of last knuckle.

Now thats something to cry about.

Thats what happens when you don't pay attention.

Golden Rule always concentrate and beware of things that eat fingers and more if given a chance.

oh princess, htfu. get a paper clip. open it out to a point. heat it over a flame and stick it on the black bit. the heat will melt the nail and just remember to stop when you hear a sizzle and blood comes out, that is when the pressure is released

Actually in all seriousness car doors can do just as much damage as a press safety guard.

He can count his lucky stars his fingers weren't further cos i have seen fingers get broken and i hear hospital staff have seen them squashed ect
by car doors.

It's a statistic you don't hear much about except when it happens usually.

If theres one ad the govt should have on tv in it's one way conversation with the public is keep fingers out of car doors.

Because the damage as 5aalunatic pointed out
would be far worse to a childs hand.

Even house doors can be just as dangerous.

But thats life we can't wrap everyone in cotton wool either.

I try take OCHS home with me and stay alert
of hazards i don't have kids but pets can be just as precious in that sense.

Our dog stupidly was chasing the ball wasn't watching how close he got to the close line bam handle managed to clock him luckily just above the eye.

Half our fault to because the handle should have been paralell to the hoist alls fine in hindsight.

Those wondering he don't play ball anywhere near that part of the yard anymore ball sports are embargoed near the hills hoist.

His eyes ok just a scar above & long time ago btw

But that's how easy it is something so simple.

To the Advisor.

You should know the abbreviation for etcetera is etc Not ect (the word is not ecetera) Plus it is a clothes line not a close line. (how close he got to the close line)
