Reality television star Kim Kardashian has married her fiance, pro basketballer Kris Humphries in a lavish ceremony in California rumoured to have cost around $20 million.

The pair tied the knot in front of 440 star studded guests at an 11 acre Santa Barbara estate owned by Google boss Eric Schmidt.

30 year old KIM wore an ivory Vera Wang gown and her two sisters Kourtney and Khloe were bridesmaids.

The ceremony will be televised as a two-part special in October.
