There was a home invasion at Nailsworth overnight.

Two men wearing balaklavas and armed with a baseball bat and an axe, forced their way into a house on Balfour St around 3.30am.

They stole the home owner's laptop computer and some money.

Police don't have a description of the offenders and are asking for anyone with information to call Bank SA Crimestoppers on 1800 333 000
