Easy Orange Cake
 
1 orange, quartered
1 cup of sugar
170 gms melted butter
3 eggs
1/12 cups SR Flour
 
Throw all in a food processor and Blitz it (yes, the skin and all)
 
Place in greased tin
 
Cook for 30-40 minutes
 
Ice with icing
 
Or sprinkle nutmeg and cinnamon on top
 
Mmmmm
