The mother of a disabled teenage boy who was assaulted at his northern suburbs high school says she's very angry the offender has escaped punishment.
The 16 year old student responsible admitted to the crime and to posting a video of the assault on Facebook.
He has been ordered by a magistrate at the Elizabeth Youth Court to attend a family conference, where he'll have to discuss what happened with his victim.
But the victim's mother says the boy should've been convicted and justice hasn't been served.
