Shane Warne's run in with a cyclist in Melbourne earlier this month will have its sequel in court.
Warne's being sued by 28-year-old Matthew Hollingsworth, who's seeking almost $1600 for repairs to his hi-tech bike.
Mr Hollingsworth is alleging Warne intentionally drove his sports car into him after a standoff, in peak-hour traffic on St Kilda Road on January 17.
Warne claimed in a rant on social networking site Twitter, that the cyclist was to blame and had banged on his car before stopping in front of him, holding up traffic.
This led to Warne calling for all cyclists to pay registration for the right to use the roads, saying that if the cyclist had a number plate he'd have his details now. He reported the incident to police.
